Asd123 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the asd123 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the asd123 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and asd123 as the platform operator. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Registration by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be terminated immediately upon detection.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at asd123. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and current. asd123 reserves the right to reject a registration or suspend an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. asd123 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Do not share your password with anyone, including platform staff.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from using the asd123 platform for any activity intended to deceive, manipulate, or harm the experience of other users. This includes the use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to influence game outcomes or transactions.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without written authorisation from asd123 is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or any location-masking method to circumvent applicable geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation may result in immediate suspension without a refund of the account balance.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on asd123 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, DuitNow, and supported e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and the platform's current policies. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
Withdrawals can only be processed once account identity verification is complete. asd123 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen method and withdrawal amount.
All bonuses and promotions offered by asd123 are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Asd123 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, service disruptions beyond our control, or betting decisions made by users.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. In the event of a technical disruption affecting the accuracy of game outcomes, asd123 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and issue refunds to affected users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the asd123 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of asd123 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of asd123's intellectual property may result in legal action under the relevant provisions of Malaysian law.
Third-Party Links
The asd123 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. asd123 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Asd123 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The user is involved in fraud, attempts to manipulate the system, or activities suspected of money laundering.
- The user's registration information is found to be false or cannot be verified.
- User found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or while using the platform.
- The user has opened multiple accounts or used another person's identity to register.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to fraud or a serious breach, asd123 is not obligated to refund any remaining account balance. For account closures requested by the user, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Asd123 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the asd123 platform shall be resolved through the processes established within the relevant jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through direct negotiation.
